Estimate & Discovery
Every project starts with a conversation. We review the details you provide, discuss your goals, and create a basic estimate based on your needs, property, and intended use.
This helps you understand pricing early before moving forward.

Design & Agreement
Once the estimate looks like a good fit, we finalize project details and send over a formal contract. This ensures everyone is aligned on scope, timeline, and expectations before work begins.
After the agreement is signed, your project is officially scheduled.

Scheduling & Prep
Most projects begin within 4–6 weeks of contract approval. During this time, materials are prepared and your build is scheduled into our calendar.
We communicate clearly so you know when to expect progress.

On-Site Construction
Once we arrive on-site, most standard builds are completed in approximately two weeks. Our team focuses on efficiency, quality craftsmanship, and clean execution from start to finish.
